What a great idea. I took my son to OrthoNow for an x-ray. This was so much better than going to a typical urgent care... center full of sick people. We were in and out in an hour, it cost less than an urgent care, and the staff was friendly and efficient.read more

I walked into the office on 07/27/2022 and was greeted by Jackie C. Jackie was very helpful on making sure I had the... right info and making sure that I had enough time to get checked out (I came towards the end of the day)…I was then greeted by Dr. Brian who began the examination which he found the issue. Afterwards, Edwin came and walked me over for my X-ray and back to the dr…the facility is clean and the staff is very polite and professional. Jackie is a great asset to your practice and glad to have came across her at my visit.read more

Took my Son in for an injury around his clavicle/ neck. I can tell you that from sign in to the check out, it was a... great experience. Johana was welcoming. Dr.Brian was also welcoming, super nice and informative. He definitely knows his stuff. You will be in and out before you know it. George was also great in assisting in placing the sling my Son needed and giving instructions. This is my second visit here and they never disappoint. Keep up the great work, I appreciate all you do. I encourage others to take the time to share their appreciation also. Life saving! As a first time patient I was absolutely blown away at the empathy and willingness to help me and my arm... in a weekend! I came in for a sports-related injury and received next-level service. I first contacted them during non business hours... on a weekend and was greeted by a friendly member of the team. With their support and their helpful app, I was able to seamlessly schedule an appointment within a short time frame. The team that saw me during the visit was very helpful and knowledgeable with the specific injury. I was pleased about receiving objective advice and realistic expectations on recovery time. My experience with this facility was excellent! I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am that my mom was able to be... seen so quickly and on a Saturday under a tropical storm watch. We were very worried that she had something serious. Vanessa at the front desk was so nice and quick to check us in. My fiancé called close to an hour before closing and asked if he can come in without an appointment. They didn’t mind... so he filled out paperwork on his phone while I was driving him there. We got there and there was no wait. They took us in and he got his x-rays right away. The doctor and ladies in the front were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.read more

My experience here was absolutely phenomenal. I refuse to ever go to Baptist ER for a diagnosis because they truly... sucked. Front Desk was absolutely awesome between Elba and Manssa. Then the medical assistant Vanessa totally could tell I was over my knee injury and she was extremely helpful and empathetic! Dr. Sam and Dr. Paolo did a great job in seeing what was hurting my knee and made an observation and prescribed me an MRI that was teeth to pull from a Baptist orthopedics. 100% recommend i refuse to go anywhere else ever again.read more

I would like to thank you all for your wonderful personalities and excellent service. I came in with my daughter who... had a broken arm and from the minute we walked in to when we were finished we were treated amazing. We had some paperwork issues but they looked passed that and still helped my daughter and us as parents. I called back just to thank them the following day because in today's world any ounce of compassion or empathy should be thanked and praised in my opinion. Best experience ever for a doctor’s visit. Had chronic hand pain, and didn’t have any delays. They saw me immediately,... ran tests, assessed the problem and I walked out feeling much better with an anti-inflammatory cream and hand brace. Didn’t have to go anywhere else. Blown away! Wow! I had been delaying seeing a specialist because I was worried about timing to get an appointment as... well as time to actually see a doctor and get treatment. Well, all that was not a concern for even a minute during my visit. Dario at the front desk was awesome. Marissa got everything ready for me super quick and x-rays were done in no time. And then Dr Samuel could not have been nicer and easier to connect with and get treatment for my shoulder from. If you have any orthopedic needs, you have to come see them. AMAZING!!!read more

I had a great experience with OrthoNOW for my foot injury. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating.... Dario was wonderful, even made me a cup of coffee while I was waiting to see the doctor. I saw the PA Brian who was also extremely friendly and performed a thorough exam to help me figure out what was wrong. I had a shoulder injury that was lingering almost 2 years after a car accident. I was able to walk in, speak with an... orthopedic surgeon, and have x-rays of my shoulder done all within about an hour or so. This is unheard of! I went into the office as a walk in with no appointment due to a shoulder injury. The front desk attendant I believe... her name was Jessica was very friendly and welcoming. They attended me very quickly and I did not have to wait a long time to be seen. The xray tech was very professional and polite as well as the PA I believe his name was William. Overall great staff and the office is kept very clean and they are taking all the necessary precautions to keep you safe during covid-19! Highly recommendedread more

What a great idea Orthopedic Urgent Care , My son was injured playing football and have to admit last thing we wanted... was to go to a general urgent care risking our health for them to do nothing but refer us to a Ortho. I have dealt with Jessica , Nayir- I hope I got her name right-,William PA, the MRI technician which I can’t remember her name now(sorry) , and Greg PA , which he reviewed the MRI results and recommend treatment. No good. They hide charges. I come to remove my cast $125 for the visit with the x-ray which i ask is that all lady... very nice say yes but she didn't tell me is another $50 to remove the cast. Which she tell me at the end when i ask for the papers for therapy. I say why you didn't tell me from the beginning or you will take an x-ray with the cast?. She say she don't own the place. Very bad. If anyone come to this place i recomend to make sure all charges. I think this will be avoided just saying total will be $175. Easyread more

After my friend suffered a broken clavicle, I called OrthoNow and was able to get an appointment right away. No wait,... amazing friendly staff. Dr Badia scheduled to see him very quickly after the consultation, and was willing to schedule a much needed surgery same day! Excellent experience ! I highly recommend going here when there is an orthopedic injury rather than a regular urgent... care. My son injured his shoulder and went to a regular urgent care. X-rays did not show a fracture - so he was sent home in a sling and in pain. OrthoNOW saw my son, diagnosed him with a likely shoulder injury, and helped us move in to getting an MRI in advance of seeing a shoulder specialist. Thank you Dr Badia and OrthoNOW!!read more

Stay away from this place! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I can't even say anything about the doctor... because I didn't get the chance to even meet with him, but no matter how good a physician may be your staff and employees can make or break you. I brought my mother here as an alternative to going to the hospital after a slip and fall. They claim to be an efficient walk-in orthopedic urgent care so I did not expect to be kept waiting over 2 hours to even be brought in; this being with an empty lobby. The office is terrible managed, and the office staff clearly does not care. Trudy, the woman at the front desk who claimed to be the office manager did not help the situation. She was extremely rude, and did not speak any English (or at least claimed not to). I have NEVER come across a more offensive employee. When I asked what was taking so long to be seen she literally just looked at me blankly, and didn't bother to answer me. That is when I took my mother and abruptly left.read more

They saved my son’s finger!!! Our story about going to the right specialist at the right time!!!My son is a baseball... player and injured his finger, I took him to a general urgent care and they sent us home saying that they couldn’t do anything, for me to find a specialist. What???? And I was charged for that! I soon noticed a white material under his nail and through a friend I finally took him to OrthoNOW, where with X-Rays and evaluation by the orthopedic specialist showed that my son had an Open Fracture of the bone at the tip of his finger, the Distal Phalange. They immediately set me up with a hand surgeon who within hours fixed the problem, and now his finger actually looks better than the opposite same finger! If you’re having an orthopedic problem go straight to OrthoNOW, don’t even bother with hospitals or urgent care centers.read more

Amazing facility with great employees. There was hardly any waiting, and the entire facility is spotless, decorated,... and welcoming. The staff is quick to greet you, answer any questions, and help you through the entire process. Definitely far better than what I expected for an urgent care center. I only wish the xray rooms and the doctors offices were on the same floor so I wouldn't have to go up and down, but they also offer wheelchairs so it's very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who experiences an bone or muscle injury.read more
