Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP)

Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP) is an exciting, safe and minimally invasive way to address pain and injuries. Your body has natural healing properties that can be harnessed by isolating components of your own blood. OrthoNOW PRP Therapy merges the body’s natural ability to heal itself with the most innovative technology to stimulate repair and accelerate healing.

Amniotic Fluid Therapy (AFT)

When injured, our bodies have the innate response to heal and defend. What if it was possible to harness the power of your body to heal and then accelerate the healing process?  AFT can kick-start your body’s own rejuvenation and healing process for pain and injuries offering solutions and hope for living a life free of pain.

Viscosupplementation for Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease where cartilage breaks down and wears away, while the synovial fluid loses its ability to lubricate the joint. It causes pain and stiffness, limitation of joint motion, and inflammation. Viscosupplementation is a procedure in which a thick fluid called hyaluronate is injected into the knee joint. It will not cure osteoarthritis; however, it could improve the lubricating properties of the synovial fluid, reduce the pain from osteoarthritis, improve mobility, and provide a higher and more comfortable level of activity. Schedule a consultation with our providers to discuss whether viscosupplementation is the right answer to your pain.

Cortisone Shots

Cortisone shots are injections that may help relieve pain and inflammation in a specific area of your body. They’re most commonly injected into joints — such as your ankle, elbow, hip, knee, shoulder, spine and wrist. Even the small joints in your hands and feet might benefit from cortisone shots. The injections usually comprise a corticosteroid medication and a local anesthetic. Cortisone shots may be most effective in treating inflammatory arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis. They can also be part of treatment for other conditions, including:

  • Bursitis
  • Gout
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Psoriatic arthritis
  • Reactive arthritis
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Tendinitis

Rejuvenation – Boosting your body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Replacement – Using healthy cells to replace damaged ones.
Regeneration – Delivering cell products to pain area to help heal your body from within.
